Terms and conditions for Straight Pipe Detailing

By booking services with Straight Pipe Detailing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Straight Pipe Detailing provides professional automotive cleaning and detailing services. All services are performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard tools and products.

2. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Mobile appointments require safe and legal access to the vehicle.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and other agreed payment methods.
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and service complexity.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
  • Trip charges for mobile detailing are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before service.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing scratches, dents, or damage
    • Failing paint, clear coat, or trim
    • Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to detailing

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please notify us so we can address the issue.

7. Mobile Service Requirements & Trip Charges

  • Access to the vehicle must be safe and legal.
  • Adequate space must be provided for work.
  • Access to power/water may be required (if applicable).
  • Straight Pipe Detailing reserves the right to decline service upon arrival if the vehicle or location is unsuitable, unsafe, or not as described.
  • Trip charges will not be refunded if service is declined for these reasons.

8. Weather Policy

Mobile services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Rain
  • Extreme temperatures
  • Unsafe working conditions

We will contact you to arrange a new time.

9. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle prior to service.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

10. Liability

Straight Pipe Detailing is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions
  • Wear and tear that becomes visible after cleaning
  • Items left in the vehicle

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking with Straight Pipe Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
